my hero is a firefighter because they can save you from the fire
and they can help you from the flood and also helpful
police is my hero because they can get bad guys into
jail and they are fit and strong
doctor is my hero because they are helpful and smart
and can help people from being sick
On June 7th we went to the Maritime museum. When we got out of then bus we were eating our food. Then we were exploring the museum and we were looking at boats. At 12pm we were going outside for the cannon to go off.
We saw the cannon and we then counted to 5 then the cannon shot out paper and it sound like a bomb exploding! After that we went in side and Lee gave us 2 sticks and a rope. We put the 2 sticks like a cross then we tied it up. Next we were about to watch a movie it was about navigators coming to Aotearoa.
The Maritime museum was cool because we watched the movie and we saw the cannon and I liked the cannon the most.
I made a waka in steam and my waka is brown and big.

First we had to make a plan for designing and building a boat. We were given 3 challenges and we had to choose 1 of them. We chose challenge building the boat. Our materials we used were plastic for the flag and the ice cream sticks for to hold up the sail and the deck.
Challenge 2 was trying to make it float so we grabbed our tray. Then we put water in the tray and we grabbed the boat we put it in the water. We then saw it float then we went to put the boat away and sat on the mat.
